[cod] Cod client for linux?

If you get better performance in linux than windows, you're doing
something wrong. Maybe your refresh rate locks the fps to 60hz or something.
I have to run cod in 800x600 with linux to get anything near the
performance i have in windows, I also have to lower the texture detail etc.
