[cod] Cod client for linux?

Question for y'all.

1.  I have been trying to get wine to install CoD but I keep getting an
error on the install when it starts to try and copy the files.  The path
that it is trying to copy files from is wrong.  It seems that it has
added an extra directory to the path i.e. f:\docs\DOCS\filename.file    
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
wine ver = 20030813

2.  A client port to linux shouldn't be that difficult should it since
MOHAA is ported to linux.  They are basically the same engine, aren't
they?
