Offtopic question about vote

Sorry i know this isn't the right way to do this but i'm getting
desperate. I'm also a mohaa admin and this game offered me to change the
vote section, now i'm looking for this in CoD. But no luck yet, because
all topics i find on the internet (like codadmin etc.) all ask the same
question how can we do this. Some of those guys are saying that in RTCW
there was an cvar for it. Is this also true in CoD, or can somebody give
me a push in the right direction???
