[cod] 1.3 patch has ruined my clan

Yeah, I added this fix this morning. I imagine that over time our
servers population will return. But it is incredibly frustrating to
work sooooo hard to make sure my servers are the best they can be
only to have those efforts undermined by such a silly oversight.

As all of us who run servers know, the online community is amazingly
fickle. If your server has lag for a few days in a row, you can lose
most of your regular visitors. A major bug like this can (and has)
destroyed our servers credibilty.

On top of that, since their was no Linux server code released with
Beta 1.3 (yeah, im the guy who screamed about that on this list and
was told to 'relax'), there has been no way for us Admins to test
the server prior to upgrading. So, not only would this bug have been
found if a Linux Beta was released, but we would have been better
prepared to adapt our servers to any custom mods, weapon
adjustments, etc that we ALL run.
