[cod] ADS (iron sights) problems with 1.3 Linux servers

Adjusting the following variables in the weapons files will fix the 
problem, although this shouldn't need to be done.

Someone posted this fix on IWNation,

This is the thompson, comparing pak8\weapons\mp\thompson_mp to his "fixed" 
thompson

adsGunKickYawMin from -60 to -10
adsGunKickYawMax from 90 to 20
adsGunKickAccel from 650 to 1200
hipGunKickYawMin from -2 to -40
hipGunKickYawMax from 18 to 38

I'm not sure what the numerical values mean but other people have posted 
that it works. I am also not sure if those values could apply to other weapons.
