[cod] ADS (iron sights) problems with 1.3 Linux servers

It really needs to be addressed NOW. I hate to sound harsh but it's 
true. I patched 12 servers yesterday (running on 4 computers, including 
editing configfiles), there's no way I'm going to revert to 1.2 again.
I bet people will ignore linux servers until it's fixed.
