[cod] Urgent Patch Help Needed

I'm a noob!!! Lol
 
Just a bit further down in the readme is how to do it.  My servers
already have xdelta on them so it was a snap.  I just never learn.read
the README!!!

We are using the LARGE file so we don't have to do the xdelta file.
Have you tried that?

I have just installed the  smaller 1.3 patch.  Everything is fine EXCEPT
it didn't overwrite the pak0.pk3 file.  I have a pak3.pk3.xDelta file.
How do I run a command to have the xDelta file patch over to the regular
pak3.pk3 file in the cod/main dir?
