Servers not showing up in browser

Hi all, we've got a new box that has 2 CoD servers on it and neither one 
shows up in the ingame browser, at the website 
http://inherent.infinityward.com/, or on GameSpy.  Any ideas on this?  
We have a lot of CoD servers, but this is the only one that we're having 
this problem with and I'm not sure what to try.  It's really thrown me 
since it's not even showing up on the inherent website.  There's no 
firewall, and the master server resolves correctly.  Any ideas?  This is 
a Linux server running 1.2.
