[cod] Max number of players

SOme maps do play well with lots of players. Hurgen, Bretcourt, carentan
since the are wide open. Others like the ship (which it is the worst) and
pavlov tent to cramp most plyers at a spawn point.

Has anybody tried to set the max players above 64 ?
