All:
  Does anyone know if it is possible in COD to get the values of client
cvars through script?

It is possible to set them with setClientCvar(), but there is no
getClientCvar() method. :-(

  Over at modtheater.com some of the modders seem to think there is no
way, but I thought I would post it here and see if one of the IW guys
(that seem to hang around here and provide much welcomed insight and
support) had any input that may help. :-)
