Traffic question

Hi,
 
our clan wants to set up it's own servers. Now we are not sure how much
traffic a server produces. Actually we run these servers rent at a
serverfarm:
 
1x CoD SD 16 Slot public
1x CoD HoB 16 Slot public
 
Both servers are full around 5 hours a day. Does anyone have experience how
much traffic is produced under these conditions? Thanks in advance.
