[cod] Banning and Unbanning...

One of two ways (possibly both i suppose):

Punkbuster ban: look for "pbbans.dat" in /pb
Non-pb: look for "ban.txt" in /main

You can also "tempban" someone, i think that file is /main/tempban.txt (not
100% sure, cause i never tempban, i just ban outright) ;-)
