Well, the last exploit (the \xFE\xFF\xFF\xFF\x00\x00\x00\x00 bug) was 
not put onto BugTraq by Luigi until after the fix was released on steam.

He waited over three weeks (and unter after the patch) until he released 
the Unreal exploit.
