COD / PB kick exploit?

We have a server here which is reporting the following:
Command Waiting 1234: <command>
Command Waiting 1235: <command>
Command Waiting 1236: <command>
EXE_SERVERCOMMANDOVERFLOW

When seen the server starts kicking people seemingly
at random.
N.B. Reporting somewhat second hand, waiting for
a proper log file snippet but has anyone else seen this?
