[cod] cod also crashes on my sometimes on fedora.

I know that mohstats has that in the instructions because you need it
for medal of honour (where the developer setting changes the log output
rather than causing the server to halt on errors).

CoD is nearly the same but the instructions are slightly different (I
know cos i had the same problem)
