[cod] [CoD] Administrating CoD

I use UDPB-COD available at http://www.udpviper.com/html/downloads.php .
It requires Python to run, but it is effective at kicking and banning
automatically.  It can send messages at timed intervals, set variable
admin levels, and other goodies.  Check it out.
