[cod] gamespy

This is due to the way in which gamespy determine the country (by IP
address). I had this problem and contacted gamespy about it and gave
them the IP range and correct country .. they eventually fixed it but it
took a while (a long, long while).

Any reason we would have certain servers showing up in gamespy only when
"show servers in my country only" box is unchecked?
