Pretty easy.

1. send mail to help at nytimes.com with Reply-To set to 
"cod-subscribe at icculus.org"
2. NY Times replies, fully quoting the former mail.
3. EZMLM on icculus replies to NY Times mail, thinking it is a legit 
subscription request, and sending the double-opt-in challenge.
4. NY Times replies to the challenge, fully quoting the challenge 
response in the message body.
5. NY Times is subscribed.

I just tried to unsubscribe that address using the same pattern - let's 
see if it worked.
