That's just not true from dealing with all the games over the past few
years games pick up and use every patch they can get their hands
one. Most don't even know what beta means and the rest don't care
its 1.3 > 1.2 so they will install it.

Considering your comment above "Its probably going to be a while
again though." you really really need to reconsider not releasing a
linux patch.
