server not responding

Hi,

I got my core dumping issue on linux resolved but now I have another
problem. It seems like my server doesn't wanna show up on the list. I
tried Bryan Kuhn's server query at
http://inherent.infinityward.com/index.php to my IP address 216.12.203.8,
it returned information but it is as following;

Name - Address - Ver - Proto - Listed - Players
      216.12.203.8:28960     No response

so my server's neither blue nor red but it's saying no response, though I
am looking at the linux screen with the server running without any errors.

Any help would be much appreciated.
