[cod] Map Changes

It rotates that map without a problem when I do a map_rotate.

Very strange that it just started recently. No really changes to the
config file other than to test switch auto-download of and on.

This is a 1.2 server.

Ive had this issue too when cod was first released. I thought it was to 
do with how my maprotation was done and perhaps I had the syntax wrong. 
However I never actually changed much and it hasnt done it in 1.2 as far

as i know. (I didnt really change server configs either) So im not sure.

If you rcon in and do a map_rotate what happens?
