[cod] Status command

Well, in the game console is probably one of the more important places to
have it working.

I've tried it in both ASE and Rcon Commander and get nothing back on status,
unless the server is half empty (12-14 players playing).

Rcon from the game console, ASE and Rcon Commander work in Q3 / SoF2 / ET /
RtCW / JK2... to me, it seems like more of a buffering issue than UDP.

No.  I don't see it on a windows server.  But I do see it on Linux.  The
magic number appears to be somewhere between 15 and 17.  The log will
post the command, but there is no response.  Now, for the weird
part..... If I use a 3rd party software like Autokick or AR Tray Spy, I
can get a status, but NOT in the game console.
