put the file in the /lib/ directory and it should work,
btw, a few mails ago, there was a package containing all the files, maybe
you need it,

We are trying to install the latest patch for CoD. We have version listdc
++5.0 and need to install it on our machine. We supposedly need this file to
install the patch. Problem is that we don't know where to put this file.
Anyone have an answer?
