[cod] Punkbuster

Hi,

I'm having this problem as well, but unfortunately have not fixed it
yet. I am going to try tweaking PB and see if it helps. One thing you
could do, disable punkbuster and see if you get the same problem just to
see if it is PB or something else (I can't test at the mo cos I'm
working).
