Grab yourself, my message center located in the downloads section of my
site, www.codadmin.com/nuke

Drop the pk3 file in your main dir and add 8 messages to your cfg file. 

Or you can get autokick from www.autokick.com this has to be run on a box
that is on and connected 24x7

I see different scripts running on servers that advertise for certain 
things or ask for donations and simply say the name of the server. It's 
done as Console to. How would I set something like that up for myself?
