[cod] Servers on a particular box won't fully boot

Several minutes - nothing. I've tried changing the DNS servers to known
working ones, and done a few digs, but DNS seems fine. The trace is at:
http://www.cfadams.co.uk/trace.txt

The good server is on a different box though.
