[cod] More Browser List pains

I have tried refreshing my browser list 5 times. It is still not there.
BTW, is anyone else still having this happen with their server or am I the
black sheep?

That seems much more plausible to me than suspecting a network issue. Packet
problems, whether fragmented or just lost, would be much more random than we
are seeing.
