New Server Binaries Startup Problem

I have move from the "beta" of the CoD server to the new binaries today
and changed nothing else but when I start the server I get the log below
from the console .. which looks fine .. but noone can connect. Switch
back to the old binaries and its fine.

Any ideas?

Could someone give the md5sum's for some working binaries too. I have
tried two different download locations but just in case.
