[cod] Server does not start

Possible solution could be that it looks like your not loading the
following two .pk3 files at startup:

localized_english_pak0.pk3
localized_english_pak1.pk3

Which localized_english_pak0.pk3 has the default.cfg contained in it. 
Try uploading those two .pk3 files to your server.

We use a servercfg.cfg file that is located in the cod/main folder to
call the other cfgs.

I think config script MUST be under /:/usr/games/cod1/main
