[cod] linux server

It was Scorpio Spider over at the IWN Forums, I believe.  It was several
days back.  He said they are included but not scripted.

At least I think it was him.  It may have be Maverick at ClansElite that
said that.  There is so much stuff flying around now it is hard to keep
track.
