[cod] execing wrong config?

Not sure if all of these are used, but in my command line to start the
server, I have included these settings:

-- code --
+set fs_basepath /path/to/install +set fs_userpath /path/to/install +set
fs_homepath /path/to/install +set fs_outputpath /path/to/install
-- code --

It seems to be working, the game server is calling all of its settings from
my normal install directories, and not the hidden .callofduty folder.
