[cod] AntiCheat?

Not that I want to cheat, I run my own server but I want some background
information on this cheating thing. I've seen people doing some pretty
nasty tricks in killing. Do they use some sort of a program?

All I can say is use the console on your server to kick people.

Or if you don't have physical access to the server console, I got my
admins 
to use rcon in a program called HLSW.
