[cod] Linux doesn`t starts - the second

Are you uploading the localized_english_pak0.pk3 and
localized_english_pak1.pk3. tThe localized_english_pak0.pk3 contains the
default_mp.cfg and with out them the server won't start.

Now the server knows the pk3 files.  

But default_mp.cfg isn`t found...
