Server side only fix for the impatient who want to play some proper clan
games :).

Just put the .pk3 file in the "main" sub directory on your server.

Two extra server commands:

g_iokillcam
g_ioteamspec

where

g_iokillcam 0

turns off kill cam

and

g_ioteamspec 1

forces players to spectate only those on there team.

I've really only tested sd/tdm/re gametypes, and not very much :)

Use this at your own risk!
