[cod] Call of duty linux server and sv_pure 1

That's odd..
Maybe I should silently move some files and see if the server stays
pure...

But I wonder, when you only need those pk3 files, why don't they publish
them free on the net? It allows mod makers to explore the files and you
can set up dedicated servers without purchasing the game...
