[cod] Server question

No.  The FG42's are placed as entities on the map.  If scr_allow_fg42 is 
set to 0, the game deletes the FG42 entities.  FG42 is not selectable.  
scr_allow_fg42 is defaulted to 0 because it is a crazy strong weapon.  
It basically has maxed out stats.
