Server question

I played on a server that had all scoped guns off. To balance this it had 2
FG42's placed on the map like the panzerfaust is. These were dropable.

My question is "How did they get the FG42's to do that?" It made for some
awesome game play.

I know it must be a mod butI can not figure out which. Any ideas?
