OMG Exploit 
Playing stupidly on OMG figured out a new exploit.

Drive a jeep into church, and then upstairs. Continue driving until you get to the final stairway (the one that gows to belltower). Exit jeep and you should fall though the wall and land at first floor. Once here you are in god mode.
