[OT] BF2 Ranked server program info

Hi all,
	the question is related to BF2 but it's a bit Off Topic.
I've asked to become a menber of the BF2 ranked program in Italy. 
I've contacted EA and then I had a reply from the person who is 
working for this (don't seem to be an EA employed). What he said is 
that at the moment they've reached the maximum number of partners in Italy.
What I just want to know if this limitation also happens in other 
european countries.
