[bf1942] PB preventing connection

Sounds like he was banned by PB.  I cannot remember the command to look
through the PB ban list, but you can get all the commands from the
evenbalance website.

One of the players on our server is seeing this PB message when connecting:

"You may not re-attempt to join the server for another 6944 minutes"

He only sees this on our server, and no-one else is seeing it.. Anyone 
have any idea what the hell is going on?
