Wake Island 2007?

Ok, maybe I'm retarded, but I can't figure out how to get this map into 
the rotation on the server. According to the readme and the info file, 
it's a 64 player only map. However, every attempt to add it to the 
rotation fails:

 > maplist.append wake_island_2007 64
could not add to maplist. gameMode not found:wake_island_2007 gameMode:64

I've tried every variation on the map name that I can think of, even 
though it's listed as 'wake_island_2007' in the filesystem.. it simply 
refuses to load..

Any suggestions?
