[bf1942] PunkBuster not streaming logs anymore since 1.03

As PB uses UDP to stream ist data, it sometimes drops out and your
server becomes "not streaming". A simple restart of the bf2dedicated
server usually helps. Have you tried such stuff already (Restart Server
etc)? If not, go to www.punksbusted.com and write into the "Auto-MBL"
forum.
