[bf1942] BF2 10 player start limit

I agree, but it would be nice to do more than TK your friends for the first
20 mins.

Would be much better to just not keep stats while there is <10 people.

I think 10 is already a good value...try to find 9 others to start stats 
pushing....3 others are much easier to find. You have to see it that way.
