[bf1942] Issues regarding "ranked servers"

Bigtime...I know I'm not running a server for it if I can't have everything 
unlocked for my players.

Get real...nobody is going to maintain a server for your game if it's a 
"junior" or "lite" server, and nobody is going to PLAY the game if they're 
getting their asses kicked by some dork with access to weapons they can't 
have.

I believe there is a name for the concept, it's called "weapons balancing".
