[bf1942] Bandwidth advice

The figures for BF2 is roughly:
12kB/s upstream per player
3kB/s downstream per player

For 64 players that means 768 upstream and 192 downstream.

These are theoretical estimates, but it will give you some clue on what
the server will require.

I would agree.  The most you'll be able to squeeze on a T1 would be mid
20s 
before you start to max out the circuit.

I'd really like to get some predicted bandwidth stats for BF2 while we
are 
talking about this.
