[bf1942] Something that has come up with server settings, and a reccomendation..

Reason being that it's possible to "turtle" on certain maps (bulge for 
example).

But yeah we never played with time limits in our leagues in the US (at 
least not in the two most competitive leagues).  Best 2 out of 3, no 
time limit.
