[bf1942] Admin script does not revoke access on player leave

  The rcon module does explicitly remove this but I'll have a look.

    Best title I could give it!

    Even though I have seen documented the admin script dropping a users rcon access when they leave the server (So another player in the same slot # does not retain admin), I have seen numerous people have admin after I have admin'd up, left the server, and others have joined etc or mid game.

    They did not have the admin password.

    What gives?

    Server I had this occur on was a Linux one (32 bit), not sure if it happens on windows too.

    Anyone able to confirm?
