[bf1942] Server-update update

It is fairly apparent to me at this point in time, that Andreas has done
what he can.

Its EA that's holding tight onto the code that Andreas released to them
NEARLY A WEEK AGO.

I *LOVE* Andreas.

I just H8 EA.

I know you mentioned only EA in your message, but I hope that Andreas 
doesn't take offense at this, as it was he who originally wrote "soon" in 
regards to the 2446.12 version he sent to EA to have released. Using a loan 
phrase, I think that he offered his best "Good Faith Estimate."
