So that begs the question:  How is 'sv.bandwidthChoke' set?

I've been following this guide:
 0 = no limit
8 = 56kbps
16 = 128kbps
32 = 256kbps
64 = 512kbps
128 = 1024kbps
256 = 2048kbps
512 = 4096kbps
1024 = 8192kbps etc.

But not sure if it's accurate... ???
