[bf1942] Disconnecting after every round

It does change a feature of the game (map changing).. ;)

Our ranked we have access to the Settings folder and that's it completely.
No way for us to even fix the autobalance or insert our own. Ain't it
great??

      I am SO glad there still are resourceful people in the world that get
    the job done even when it's someone else's responsibility. This fix
    seems to work just great :D

    For anyone wondering whether the server actually has to be restarted for
    the change to take effect: Yes, it does.
